What's your plan?

Happy New Year! This time of year is full of hope and possibilities. It is the perfect time to decide what your goals are for the year. There are so many options and so many plans to help you succeed, you just need to decide what you want to do and when you want to do it.

  • Decide on the goal; 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, triathlon....
  • Pick a date
  • Pick a training plan
  • Start training
There are a ton of resources out there - some of the most popular are from Hal Higdon, Jeff Galloway, Runners World and Training Peaks. All of these sources have different plans for different experience levels - just do a little research and decide which one is for you. Happy training!!
