Hope you can join us at 6:30 a.m. tomorrow morning (Sat. 7/16). We'll meet at the Senior Center and try to get 7 miles in. Most are doing long, slow run, but any pacing is welcome!
Directions:
The address for the Senior Center is 75 Carmel Lane, Columbus. Coming from downtown Columbus, take Houston Road (between First Baptist Church and the King Law Firm). At the fork in the road, stay straight onto Skyuka Road. Look for the Polk County Senior Center on the left (it used to be Carolina Classical School). We'll park there.
